ATP Tolerance Levels for Disinfection

Before we use our eco-friendly disinfection fogging to kill harmful bacteria in your workplace, we will run a test to determine the levels of adenosine triphosphate (ATPs) in the area. ATPs are the energy building blocks of life and when our testing device senses a lot of them on an inanimate object or space, this is generally indicative of high microbe levels.

What ATP Level is Ideal for Your Workplace?

Different spaces have varying levels of ATP tolerance depending on what you use the area to do. Obviously, if you are a medical service or a business that handles food you will require lower ATP levels than a general public area that people simply pass through.

Below is our chart with some general ATP level information on it. Your Ava Safe team member will go through exactly what constitutes a pass or fail or ATP levels at your premises depending on a set of variables, but the below gives you a good idea of what is required to pass an ATP test.
