Right now not only is COVID-19 surging again in Victoria, seasonal influenza is rearing its ugly head across the country as well. Most experts recommend at least half an hour of exercise each day for adults to promote wellbeing, as well as possible weight loss. Wash Your Hands Regularly
It is very easy to go back to the way things were before COVID-19, with people only washing their hands after using the bathroom and similar activities. But regular hand-washing with soap and warm water is vital to keeping all kinds of germs, bacteria, and viruses at bay.
